Tafiti Labs, Lagos, Nigeria, runs tafitilabs.com. By using the site, you accept these terms. If you don’t accept them, please don’t use it.
Information, not advice
The site describes the lab’s research, principles and products. Nothing on it is betting, financial or investment advice, a tip, or a promise of any outcome. Every forecast can be wrong, and the figures are schematics, not results.
Our products
Panenka is used under its own terms at usepanenka.com/terms, and only by adults aged 18 or over. This site describes Panenka; it is not where you use it.
Using our content
The text, figures and design of this site, and the Tafiti Labs name and mark, belong to Tafiti Labs. You may quote short extracts if you credit Tafiti Labs and link to the page. Please don’t republish pages or figures in full, and don’t use our name or mark in a way that suggests we endorse you.
Using the site
Don’t try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, and don’t use it for anything unlawful.
Links to other sites
We link to sites we don’t run, such as Google Scholar, IEEE Xplore and usepanenka.com. We are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your data.
Our responsibility
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is, without guarantees. As far as the law allows, Tafiti Labs is not liable for any loss that comes from using the site or relying on what it says. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version on this page is the one that applies.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Lagos State have jurisdiction over any dispute.
