tafitilabs.com sets no cookies and runs no analytics or forms. This notice covers the little personal data the site and our email do touch, and what you can ask of us.
Who we are
Tafiti Labs, an analytics and research company in Lagos, Nigeria, runs tafitilabs.com. For anything in this notice, write to hello@tafitilabs.com.
This notice covers this website and the emails people send the lab. Panenka, the lab’s product, has its own privacy policy at usepanenka.com/privacy.
What the site doesn’t do
- It sets no cookies of its own.
- It runs no analytics, tracking or advertising.
- It has no forms, accounts or sign-ups.
- It loads nothing from other companies’ servers: text, fonts and images all come from tafitilabs.com, and the pages run no scripts.
What Cloudflare processes
Cloudflare hosts the site. To deliver each page and protect the site from attacks, Cloudflare processes technical details of every request, such as your IP address, your browser and the page you asked for. If it needs to check that a visitor is not a bot, Cloudflare may set a short-lived security cookie. We keep no visitor logs of our own: Cloudflare shows us only totals, such as the number of requests. Cloudflare’s privacy policy covers its processing.
If you write to hello@tafitilabs.com, Cloudflare Email Routing forwards your message to the founders’ inbox. We use your name, address and message only to reply and follow up. We never add you to a mailing list or share your message, we keep it only as long as the conversation needs it, and we delete it sooner if you ask.
Why we can use it
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, we rely on our legitimate interests: running a secure website and answering the people who write to us.
Where it goes
We don’t sell or share personal data. Cloudflare and our email provider may process it outside Nigeria, under their own security and data-protection commitments.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, stop using it or send it to you in a portable form. Write to hello@tafitilabs.com and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

When anything here changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
